When purchasing from Floors of Evesham website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully:
We will advise on non availability of any goods displayed and point out that they may be discontinued at any time by any manufacturer, although we endeavour to keep the website constantly updated.
Goods delivered normally arrive between 8am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. We will contact you with a delivery date once the order has been accepted. We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days however no liability is accepted for any costs, expenses or damages arising from any delay.
You are strongly advised not to book tradesmen or services or make other arrangement to deal with the installation of the goods until those goods are in your possession. Any such arrangements are made at your own risk.
You or your representative will need to be available at the delivery address. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery. Due to insurance restrictions deliveries can only be made to the kerb-side nearest to the delivery address. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) we are unable to bring the goods inside the building.
Please ensure that you inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and satisfy yourself that the goods are delivered in perfect condition. If you detect any imperfections or damage please ensure you notify us immediately. Please see para 4 below. Whenever possible please photograph the damaged goods immediately and provide copies to us. Please note that no claim for damage can be entertained once the delivery driver has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
Delivery is free for orders over £300 when delivered to most mainland UK addresses, with the exception of the London congestion charge area – best to check!

3. Cancellations and Returns
(Applicable for Internet Sales only). In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for up to 7 days after the day upon which you receive the goods.
To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing to:The address on your sales invoice, or our email: email@example.com. You are responsible for returning & the costs thereof incurred for returns by your chosen carrier if you have cancelled an order within the 7 days after the day upon which you received the goods. You must contact us prior to this and obtain a return/cancellation reference number. We will accept returns of whole complete orders, but we cannot accept back part orders or surplus over ordered products. All goods must be unopened and in their original packaging and in the same undamaged condition as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was originally used to make the purchase, within 28 days of receipt of returned goods.
4. Damaged Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged/incorrect/missing goods, please make sure you note this on the carriers paperwork OR REFUSE DELIVERY – YOU ARE ENTITLED NOT TO ACCEPT GOODS ON DELIVERY IF CLEARLY DAMAGED. All damages, if visible, must be clearly marked on the paperwork, we cannot accept claims if this is not noted on paperwork and was clearly visibly damaged on delivery. If you return an item as “damaged” which is subsequently found not to be, you will be liable for the return delivery charge where applicable. We make every effort to deliver our goods in an undamaged condition.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us immediately (see para 1 above) preferably supported by photographic evidence, either by phone 01386 832138 or email to the attention of firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then make further arrangements with you. Whenever possible we will provide replacement goods of the same description or if unavailable will discuss with you selecting an alternative product. In the event of no alternative product being suitable then a full refund will be given.
5. Product Guarantee
Any product guarantee will be affected and possibly void in the event of any of the following:
5.1. If you do not use a suitable damp proof membrane on ground floors, or
5.2. If you do not use the correct underlay, or
5.3 If you do not have the flooring fitted correctly, or
5.4 You fail to observe the manufacturer’s instructions or recommendations.
Supplies are made on the understanding that you have selected your products carefully and have made your own decision concerning your choice.
The colours of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. It should be noted that natural products will vary in terms of shading.
7. Security policy
Payments can be made using Bank transfer, (preferred method) , Paypal or by cheque. (No cost).
Card payments incur variable small fee’s.
Goods will be dispatched immediately on clearance of cheque payment.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
9. Intellectual Property
You agree and acknowledge that all texts, graphics, photographs, copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property, material or content available within this website are owned by and shall remain the property of Floors of Evesham.
10. Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
